  My professional career working with museums nationally and internationally in collections care, conservation, and exhibitions has given me the opportunity to engage intimately with an encyclopedic range of art—from ancient to contemporary—celebrating the enduring legacy of artistic expression across cultures. These experiences have been an invaluable source of inspiration for my work.

  Drawn to a visual language that seems to exist everywhere at once, I seek to create a space where order and ambiguity can coexist. Across cultures and throughout history, visual systems echo one another, forming a shared language of organization, movement, and connection.
  Through painting, working with color to color relationships,  compositional harmony, balance and depth, I create a visual dialogue that invites both contemplation and discovery. Lines shift, break, overlap, and dissolve, revealing systems that are simultaneously ordered and unstable. My aim is to illuminate the often-unrecognized structures that connect us—revealing an underlying network of relationships where order and complexity, precision and intuition, coexist.
